These terms apply to every order placed on beauty2.co (the "Site"), operated by Beauty 2.0™ Ltd (company number [placeholder], registered in England & Wales at [registered address], VAT number [placeholder]).
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18, buying as a consumer for personal use, and accept these terms in full. Please replace bracketed placeholders with your finalised company details before launch.

Beauty 2.0™ is a UK-registered women's lifestyle and clothing brand. Contact us at hello@beauty2.co or via the address above for any questions about these terms or your order.
02Placing an order
Adding items to your bag and completing checkout is an offer to buy. Your contract with us is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable, mispriced or otherwise cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
03Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe, once connected). We do not store full card details on our servers.
04Delivery
Delivery options, timescales and charges are set out on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
05Right to cancel & returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Full instructions, exclusions and our extended returns window are on the Returns page.
06Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
07Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, product names (including Beauty 2.0™, Emotional State Wear™, Confident Pant 2.0™) and site content are owned by or licensed to Beauty 2.0™ Ltd. You may not reproduce them without our prior written consent.
08Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to your contract with us.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
